The Low Carbon City Development Forum, (previously as Sino-Finnish Innovativeness Forum) which marks its 7th gathering, has a solid reputation in bridging EU - China collaborations and public-private partnership. Under the name of the Low Carbon City Development Forum, the conference examines the latest developments in low-carbon fields, through addresses from panel speakers, including industry leaders, policy-makers and scholars; panel discussions and workshops.
