Tekes’s Raine Hermans on smart traffic and the WALCC Forum

In a recent post on Tekes’s official blog, Tekes’s Head of Strategic Programs Raine Hermans wrote about the World Alliance for Low Carbon Cities’ Next Generation Smart Cities forum held in Malmö, Sweden from September 26th to 28th. Hermans writes enthusiastically about the presentations and discussions held at the Forum and the potential he foresees for many of the ideas and developments introduced at the event in Finland’s future.
