Mr. Puustinen has over 20 years of experience in international affairs, especially in China, and has previously worked with the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland and its Embassy in Beijing, as well as a consultant for Finnish businesses. Mr. Puustinen is fluent in Chinese.
