Head of Regulation and Strategy – Noora Neilimo-Kontio has extensive experience in various industries providing management consultancy services on assignments related to finance, business models, and strategy. As part of the management team at Caruna, she is supporting efforts in designing a weatherproof electricity distribution network. Previously she has worked for Fortum, Accenture, and Ernst & Young in various managerial roles.

Eddie Conroy is County Architect with South Dublin County Council since 2015. With over 30 years of experience in the Local Authority sector, he has worked on a broad range of design projects – Housing, Public Buildings, Civic, and Urban Design. He is Energy Champion for South Dublin County Council and has been central to a number of multi-city EU energy programs under Civitas, Inter-Reg, Intelligent-energy Europe, and most recently Horizon 2020.
